    Susan Brandeis is Distinguished Professor Emerita following a 35–year teaching and research career at North Carolina State University’s College of Design, where she is a member of the University’s Academy of Outstanding Teachers. She holds masters degrees in Art Education (Indiana University) and Textile Design (University of Kansas). This needle craft is Swedish Weaving, also known as Huck Weaving or Huck Embroidery.
